% Seems a key question. What exactly are desired web side features/integration?
% Ie this mail list is working fine, as all do, so what is *extra* ??

 1) When email is sent, it goes to all the mail list members and
it gets archived on the website. And it gets forwarded to all
the people who have "subscribed" to the website to get email
    from the website

 2) The archived message on the website allows for a "reply"
So that when you post a comment or a response, then it
is archived, mailed to all the people who are "subscribed"
to the website and sent to all the people on the mail list.

 3) When people reply to the mail on the mail list from a web generated
response, then it acts normally and gets to everyone

 4) This happens in real time, not once a day. So that it possible
for someone using the web interface and RSS to talk to someone
using only email and the conversation works and flows correctly.
