Hi,

No, I haven't, but will keep that in mind. It is, however, not the e-commerce that bothers me now. That conversion part will come with a new deadline and new budget. I only mentioned the e-commerce so that someone willing to take on point 1 and 2 should know that they should create those features with e-commerce in mind so that major rewrites aren't necessary.
