I have used Trac both with and without all of its functionality, that is 
as a simple wiki and then with ticketing, and source control. It 
generally has worked well in terms of managing issues and tasks that 
have to be completed and tasks that have been completed. It can also be 
quite fast, if properly run with mod_python and not as a CGI and can 
support multiple copies off of a single source code base. It takes some 
time to master though.
