[consulting] Issue tracking for clients

We use Request Tracker
http://bestpractical.com/rt

It is pretty full-featured, mature and stable. A key benefit is the ease 
with which custom queries can be created. In theory I'm interested in a 
Drupal issue tracker, but it would take a lot of time and money to get 
even close to what RT already provides.
