[consulting] Credit card donation/payment gateways

Hey All,

Google Checkout has a very restrictive AUP/merchant account policy.  If
they're looking for an actual online merchant account, it's better to go
full service rather than Paypal/GoogleCheckout in my experience.

Some choices:
Card Service International, Authorize.net, Bank of America
