[consulting] Estimation-Blowout case-studies wanted

Ok now I've heard from you all. I'm quite educated in Drupal and I'm  
the client. Our biggest frustration with developers particularly those  
with multiple projects, is getting quick concise communication from  
I.T. People regards our projects and status I like deadlines met but  
also understand sometimes there are reasons why. Those reasons should  
not be other projects. I suggest if you commit to a project work  
diligently on it from the outset don't take on too many projects at  
once and most importantly clear communication as often as possible  
regards status issues and wins...
