[consulting] Who exactly is this list for?

you're on fire tonight sun! (no pun intended)

it's very clear that i wasn't alone in wondering what exactly this list 
is about / for, and it seems no one really knows either. if the creator 
wants to use a list for consultants to talk about anything related to 
drupal consultants, then fine, but this wouldn't be the business list 
that i hoped it would be. lately, the time management thread was really 
useful advice, however 'can drupal do x' threads are not and clog up my 
inbox.

hopefully something good and clear will come out of this.
