[consulting] How is the market for Drupal talent?

Thanks for the feedback.
I have done freelancing before, so I have a feel for the trade-offs in 
general.  I am just trying to get a feel for this moment in time.  It 
seems like the Drupal folks I talk to are all doing pretty well right 
now, even as the entire rest of the economy tanks. Not sure how long 
that can last.
