[consulting] Unionizing Drupal

I am not sure who to even reply to, but I am not paid well because I work as a Drupal Consultant. I am paid well cause I am a consultant that has kept up with technology and took it upon himself to spot the Drupal trend and learn it. In five years it will be something else. Further I work hard to understand the business I am interacting with and try to provide value and expertise above technology. There is where you experience is invaluable.
