Glad to read that you didn't actually mean incitement! Regarding the quote, it depends on your take on success. I wonder how socialism would be faring in europe if the capitalist trade partners went away? I'm not sure about standardizing rates. I prefer to price a job by how I envision my approach (modules, views, etc) and the resulting value, not by the hour. The client is free to haggle or go elsewhere.
