I know there was a discussion here not long ago about insurance and
someone also posted their vendor. I actually contacted them but they
did not respond. Can anyone recommend (offline or online) a vendor for
General Liability and Professional Liability (E&O) insurance, up to
$1,000,000?

I have a client who requires such.
