Bonnier Corporation is seeking developers/programmers who will build,
support, and
maintain our large collection of websites. Qualified candidates should
possess the
following experience or skills:

* 2+ years experience with web application development in a LAMP environment
  (Linux/Unix, Apache, MySQL, PHP) and a solid understanding of the LAMP
stack
  architecture
* Experience working in PHP, MySQL, Javascript, AJAX, DHTML using JQuery
* Understanding of object oriented concepts and design patterns
* Understanding of source code control methology and familiarity with
source code
  control and/or versioning management systems such as SVN
* Good communication skills; you will be working in an Agile development
environment
  where face-to-face communication is critical to the success of the teams

Extra consideration will be given to candidates with the following
experience:

* Experience developing websites on Drupal 5/6 and/or Wordpress
* Experience building new Drupal modules and/or Wordpress plugins to extend
  functionality
* Applied knowledge of Agile Development practices, particularly SCRUM
* Applied knowledge of SVN
* Building and maintaining high-traffic web sites
* Page and block level caching methodologies (memcached, Varnish, etc)
