There are only two appropriate responses to an RFP or job offer.  One is 
"I'm interested" and the other is "No thanks".

Any other response is crude and works to undermine this particular 
community of professionals.  Publicly critiquing projects and berating 
clients is a good way to keep all of us from getting future jobs.
