This would be for a country music news website that needs to offer promotions, giveaways, contests and the like.<br><p>This would include:</p>
<p>- A page for describing the contest/promotion<br>
- A entry form for user submissions<br>
- The ability to add links and or images to said pages/forms<br>
- Configurable contest rules (such as being able to limit the number of entries per user to 1 per contest, or 1 per day)<br>
- Closing the contest and having a winner picked based on: random selection, cannot have won a contest in the past x days, etc)</p>
