There is absolutely no reference and certainly no "out right threates" to<br>
physical action or violence in John's emails to you. This is blatant slander<br>
and we will be taking legal action. What kind of a person goes out of their<br>
way to try to ruin someone else's business by making completely false<br>
claims?<br>

John asked you several times to stop emailing him and your only response was<br>
"block my address." It seems like you were the one that went out of your way<br>
to harass him.<br>
