I usually offer my services there for Drupal and Ubercart theming and module development. The way I do it is presenting myself and offering a solution or ask for more information if needed. That way I can quote them in a semi-formal way. Charging by hour most of the time. But the problem is there are a lot of requests from people who tried to do it themselves and screwed up or have a broken site and is looking for fixes for less than $200.<div>
