<html><body><span style="font-family:Verdana; color:#000000; font-size:10pt;"><div>We want to hire a Project Supervisor (the Super) to oversee all aspects of construction of our Project. The Super will be responsible for the Projects development, quality and completion on time and on budget. <br><br>Project Supervisor Job Description and Duties<br>We are looking for the Supervisor with experience in large projects; he/she must have superior knowledge of Drupal and database driven sites, and experience managing several Drupal development teams. <br><br>The Super will assist Management with the creation of the site plan, project requirement, costs, work flow chart and schedules and time frames. <br><br>He/she will help to write the Request for Bids for the various parts of the Project and assist in selecting the winning contractors. <br><br>The Super will install Drupal on the server, set-up basic site layout, set up admin and permission for contractors. Set up flow charts (?) to track and manage the work flow and make sure everything is being completed timely. He/she will set-up methods of communicating with contractors, assign tasks, changes, and completion schedules. <br><br>If a contractor fails to perform, or is uncooperative the Super will be responsible to replace the contractor with a new contractor. Therefore, the Super will maintain relationships with possible replacement contractors (runners up). <br><br>The Super will oversee the documentation of the Project. Internal detailed comments and description of how the site is created and the creation of a Users Manual. <br><br>The Super must oversee the installation of Drupal "patches and upgrades" via the drupal.org.
