I'm creating a new theme. I want to be able to show the secondary navigation<br>

level (under administer > site building) Blocks, Contact form, ImageCache,<br>
Menus, Mini panels, Modules, Pages, etc. links to show up on the left.<br>

work...ran out of ideas)<br>
