Just like Emacs being an operating system masquerading as an editor, CiviCRM is its own huge application that is masquerading as a Drupal module.<br><br>Also, I sometimes use the moniker CiviMonster because of the memory footprint that I encounter when CiviCRM is enabled on a web site.<br>
