I'd be happy to get something like that going. If some of you would
send some quick feedback indicating you would find this beneficial. <br>

I acknowledge in advance that there will need to be warnings on such a
site indicating that any contract examples could very well contain
language that is not viable in general or in that locale, and should be
passed under the nose of a business attorney prior to being used.<br>

interesting discussion again, I was wondering if some of these valuable
bits of information are shared somewhere or are these trade secrets ?
Would be great to have a site that offers on a country / region basis
info such as:<br>
<ul>
<li>insurance companies you use (+ five star rating :-)</li>
<li>standard contracts (or contract bits like Jeff shared)</li>
<li>best practices</li>
<li>...</li>
