You are receiving advice on how to ask the question in a way that would get you better answers.<br><br>The question as it is now is neither simple nor straightforward. It is too simple to be of use.<br><br>When a user calls you and says "it is broken" or "it does not work", is that a proper bug report? What is "it" and how it is broken? What does not work? What did you expect it to do and what happened instead.<br>

know it better than me. I never try anything about drupal on google<br>
but on <a href="http://drupal.org" target="_blank">drupal.org</a>. Which is the best way to find a solution. Because<br>
every post about drupal is derived from drupal documentation or from<br>
drupal forums.<br>
