I really doubt you will find such a tool. The problem you are going
to run into is that you're dealing with a local race instead of a
federal or state one. That means there are state and local reporting
laws that must be adhered to and those vary by state and even
county. <br>

Pretty much you are going to have to go a more generic route like
ChipIn, PayPal or Google Checkout. Google Checkout actually does
offer a political campaign donation service, but that too is limited
to federal races.<br>
