I do it the other way, corp-to-corp, because it makes my taxes
easier than a desk of W2's, allows me to pay the applicable expenses
(utils, etc) with a company check and thus exclude it from net
sales, and because I don't have to mess with the application
process, credit check and all the other rubbish. As for rate, not
knowing, I'd ask an accountant or ask first tell a recruiter what
you want as a 1099 rate, and then ask them what you would get if you
went W2 instead.<br>
