Drupal 7 requires the current password to change the email. Sorry if this a silly questions but are you submitting the current password along with the updated email address??

On Thu, Sep 22, 2011 at 2:09 PM, Andre Muis <Andre@andremuis.com> wrote:

I'm working on a project where we are connecting an iPhone app to Drupal using DIOS. I just need someone to IM or talk with that can help me with a few issues I am having. Let me know if you can help and what your hourly rate is.

For example, right now I can add a user to the Drupal site from the iPhone, login and logout. But when I try and change their email I get:

HTTP/1.1 406 Not Acceptable: Your current password is missing or incorrect; it's required to change the E-mail address.

I'm pretty sure this has more to do with my lack of understanding of Drupal, how to set up permissions and so on, more than anything else.

Thanks in advance!

_______________________________________________
