a) supervise and double-check the work of our current developer to make sure it is up to snuff and not going to cause problems in the future, and to give him feedback and guidance; or better yet<br>b) take over implementing the redesign and adding the new features.<br>
We are preferably looking for a team who can tackle multiple parts of the project at once. Because there is a lot of work to do (finishing up the the homepage, tools page, news page, implementing a new design on 40-ish landing pages, implementing a separate design on another 150, and much more), we cannot give you an estimate of the number of hours necessarily, but if you are interested we can breakdown the tasks and hopefully come up with an estimate together.
