To get a cost of upgrade, it is required to conduct an evaluation of your current site in terms of no. of custom & contrib modules and their Drupal 7 counterparts. For custom modules it's better to look at the code and then estimate the effort. It's always better to avoid those who hurry on to get the project.</div>
