[development] Module's theme sub-directory

Hi,

I was mucking around with CCK the other day and noticed that it had
it's own themes/ subdirectory, with template.php (PHPTemplate) in it.

Is this new functionality that modules can have their own themes/
sub-directory?
Wasn't sure where this was documented, but if it's a few feature *YAY*
