actually, it'd be:

$ cvs co -r DRUPAL-4-7-0-RC-4 drupal

;)  it's an official RC release tag of 4.7.0 (4-7-0), not something  
generic to the 4.7.x series (4-7). i just verified in the cvs repo  
this really was the tag name y'all used.
