LOL it wasn't a lot of work, it's the Swedish Chef parser.  They're
actually converting drupal.org to Swedish Chef speak on the fly.  You
can put any URL in the place of www.drupal.org in that link and get the
same effect.  It's just an amusement.

IIRC, that site also does similar for Pirate speak and a few other funny
things.  Try it.
