[development] Help with CVS and dev snapshot releases

Hello, I created a dev snapshot release for my contrib module a few days
ago, but it still hasn't appeared on the project page (
http://drupal.org/project/translatablecomments). Now when I click "Add new
release," HEAD doesn't appear in the dropdown. Do I need to do another
commit?
