[development] Pagers for non-sql data

You can use it by utilizing the globals for the pager stuff and then 
calling the pager theme. My suggestion would be to look at the Drupal 
Sphinx module:

http://drupal.org/project/sphinxsearch

You can see how it's done in sphinxsearch.common.inc in the function 
sphinxsearch_pager();
