Jim,

That module is more about customizing the page destination after any form
submit (though that destination page could have tailored text as well).
(I've used Custom Desination module and it works well.)

Also, maybe you can get what you want with a simple string override placed
in settings.php?

But in any case, it should definitely be more easily customizable.
