In the administration user experience survey 37% of respondents indicated managing inconsistency of themes was difficult and 18% indicated it was very difficult. Both results were the top responses in their categories. For the purposes of this conversation let's assume inconsistencies mean: <FONT class="Apple-style-span" color="#001FD8">Does the theme have bugs in display? </FONT><FONT class="Apple-style-span" color="#001FD8">Does the theme have cross-browser problems? </FONT><FONT class="Apple-style-span" color="#001FD8">Do two themes I want to use put elements in different and </FONT><FONT class="Apple-style-span" color="#001FD8">inconsistent place on the screen?</FONT></DIV><DIV style="margin-top: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; "><BR class="khtml-block-placeholder"></DIV><DIV style="margin-top: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; ">We went through the CSS is outside the scope of Drupal arguments on the documentation list, so there is no need to pursue that here.
