I understand why; my question is, is there a draft link?<BR>

I do not understand why these are undefined in page.tpl.php: $head_title, $styles, $scripts, $rdf_namespaces, $grddl_profile<BR>

and why my style sheet links are being removed and header overwritten.<BR>
