I usually just use Views Bulk Operations and cut and paste into a custom module, but I was asking the same question (postponing writing a drush handler); I just saw <meta http-equiv="content-type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8"><a href="http://drupal.org/project/drush_views">http://drupal.org/project/drush_views</a> which allows to export views...<div>
