Once you know the basics, it's not that scary, and it's incredibly powerful. That said, it's your call. <BR><BR>The Git Community Book at http://book.git-scm.com/index.html is a great resource, whether you use the command line or a GUI. It is command-line focused, but regardless of your chosen interface, it provides a very useful understanding of how Git works under the cover. Understanding these concepts will go a long ways to helping you understand what exactly the
