implemented for PHP yet. I can get it open on Java, but never
could for PHP. The Drupal plugin wouldn't have any affect on this
at all (fyi - I'm the author of that plugin).<br>

I can not get CTRL-F9 (Immediate Expression Evaluation) to

Tools > Options > PHP > Debugging: Click on "Show
Debugger Console", which produces a panel but not the actual
console and I think this may be a clue.</div>
