Please comment on the draft below. I quickly checked (using search) the handbook for this, but I didn't find it, so I wrote it up quickly.

=====

In Drupal, the 'favicon', the icon that shows up on your browser's tab and location, is called the '
shortcut icon'.

This is controlled by theme.

If you have not changed the menu system, you will find the settings here:
administer > themes >> configure

Or
admin/themes/settings
.

You can configure this for all themes (global settings), or by each theme, if that theme supports shortcut icons.

You have the following options:

:: Use the default icon that comes with the theme. For the default theme, that is the drupal icon.
:: Path to custom icon: Put the URL of the icon you want to use.
:: Upload custom icon: Upload an icon from your computer.

Hints:
How to make your icon. (maybe external link?)

===============

Anisa.

--
*********************************
www.AnimeCards.Org

16,000 scans and counting!
