Subject: [documentation] Handbook Page - Drupal's page serving mechanism

I'd like to contribute to this page, bringing it more
in line with the current release of Drupal and making
it more palatable for newcomers to draw relevant
information from it.

I believe that I need permission to post in Full HTML
in order to effect any changes to this page. Can
someone set me up with this, or if not, is there
anyway I can arrange to send draft copies of this out
to somebody who can review and post it for me?

Thanks,
Mike
