Log message:
  1. removed unnecessary styling from the span tag as per the 5.x version.
  2. removed footermap.info, this is a bogus file for 4.x releases of drupal.  > 5.x uses it only.
  3. new feature:	settings
  	A) Recurse Limit - added settings info, added 6th parameter for recursive function.
  	B) Top Menu - added settings info, changed initial $mid to whatever is set (or the default).
