  Backported several bugfixes from DRUPAL-5 branch:
  - Fixed 'This document is being edited by "" as of .' message for users that don't have 'checkout documents' permission.
  - Fixed access permissions for admin pages.
  - Fixed usage of t() function.
  - Stopped cron from spamming watchdog when there actually were no documents checked out.
