  #493544 by gengel, dwatson: Saving data to salsa was not working, now
  save/copy/delete function properly.
  
  Also fixed minor bug in getLeftJoin.sjs and getObjects.sjs where #fields was not
  properly changed to  #include and as such was left out of the query.
