[support] Exporting nodes and comments

Kobus, it should be possible to write a little MySQL
dump script to dump the appropriate tables.
The trick is to note the relationships between nodes
and comments and keep these intact.
There's been a number of similar questions lately.
Sounds like it's time to address import and export
again.
