You lost me with these. Was mainly looking for a way to get wget to 
output it correctly. Have tried variations on the configs. If I hardcode 
the absolute url for the style sheets in <head> then the following works 
to produce the site:

wget -q -mirror -p --html-extension --base=./ -k -P ./  http://example.com

Yep. But haven't had a chance to try it yet. Trying to finish up our 
summer session :)
