[drupal-support] Clean URL help

drupal locations:

/home/tib/public_html/drupal
www.tigerknight.org/~tib/drupal

Apache info:

modrewrite is compiled in and does not need to be loaded


Question:

What am I supposed to put for the 'RewriteBase' value in the
drupal/.htaccess file? I've tried just '/drupal' as well as '/~tib/drupal'
but that doesn't seem to work. I keep getting errors of:

'It appears your host is not configured correctly for Clean URLs. Please
check for ModRewrite support with your administrator.'
