[drupal-support] Install 4.6 on windows

Thanks 
For all the help and suggestions.
The main problem was that index.php was not a default directory for Apache.
Once I add that to Apache config file it took of running. 
Looks Great too!

Apache/IIS?  Does your web server know that php is a document type?
