I install drupal but on "Welcome to the administration section. Below
are the most recent system events." page is showing errors on PHP
TYPE.

Message mkdir(files): Permission denied in
/home/webserver/html/drupal-4.6.3/includes/file.inc on line 86.

Any idea how can I fix this error?
