[support] tracking down errors

hiya -

i keep getting the following errors displayed:

    * The path is already in use.
    * You have to specify a title.
    * You have to specify a title.

is there a way to get more info and find out which pges these refer to? i
have tried the url aliases and errror logs...

also, while logged in i get this on every page:
# The configuration options have been saved.
# The configuration options have been saved.
# The block configuration has been saved.
# The block settings have been updated.

is there a way to turn this off?
