Hi,

In the modules download, find the frontpage.module for your particular Drupal version. This will be able to do what you want.

hi all!

Can someone point me how to change the layout of *just* the front page
of my drupal site?

i want to put a flash-splash up on that page.

i dont want to replace the index.php file, as i would like to also
incorporate some feeds and other drupal content - ideally maybe just
use a different template for the index page... is there a way to do
this? i doint want the normal themed drupal menus or anything to
appear.

actually if i did move "index.php" would this break the whole rest of
the drupal site? eg the URLs somehow rely on going through index.php
to display?

thanks for any help!

/dc
