[support] Problems upload Powerpoint files

Thanks to Jason Flatt,

He recommended the following thread to solve the
problem with uploading large files:

I tried the changes to settings.php with no luck, but
after adding to .htaccess the two suggested lines:

php_value upload_max_filesize 15000000
php_value post_max_size 15000000

with values in bytes, it worked!
